• We own our top range professional equipment outright, we do not hire
• We only use industry standard Pioneer and Denon playback equipment not CD Walkmans or Ipods
• We will never use any traffic light style lights at any event, they were left back in the 70's
• We never bundle our service with venues as this takes away your freedom of choice
• We do not pay booking fees to venues, venues that refer us do it as they feel we are the best 
• We do not offer ridiculously under priced packages just to make a booking
• We have wedding and major event knowledge based on real experience
• We offer a final planning consultation service   
• We encourage customer feedback via our online system
• We don't double book DJ's, we only work one event per day 
• We will turn up on the day, and have backup DJ's available
• We pay our DJ's well above industry standards
• We do not employ part time DJ's who just want some extra cash 
• Our DJ's are appropriately dressed as per your specifications
• We don't sit down all night. How can you expect people to dance if you are sitting down.
• We carry a full range of backup equipment available for emergencies
